What Is SONIC AI? The Only System This Community Copies
Most broker criticism is about the broker. This page is about the only thing that actually determines whether you make or lose money here: the strategy your account copies. Nobody in this community trades a 24x account by hand — every position comes from one system, SONIC AI, published by SonicExperts and running on a real account at TAG Markets.
What SONIC AI is
SONIC AI is an automated trading system — an algorithm placing trades on a MetaTrader 5 account, not a person making discretionary calls and not a fund you buy into. The account it runs on is public: SONIC AI by SonicExperts, a Real USD account at Tag Markets, 1:500, MT5, tracked on myfxbook since November 2024.
When you copy it, that system’s trades are mirrored into your own TAG Markets account, scaled to your balance. You are not sending money to SonicExperts and you are not buying a share of their account. How the wiring works.
What its own numbers say about how it trades
You can infer a strategy’s character from its statistics without anyone explaining it to you, and the inference is harder to fake than a description:
- Daily 0.04%, monthly average 1.15%. Small, frequent increments — not occasional large wins.
- Maximum drawdown 0.86%. Positions are closed or hedged before losses run. A system taking big directional bets could not hold a sub-1% worst case across nearly two years.
- Many small trades, modest lot sizes. The trade log shows high trade counts at small lots — consistent with tight, mechanical entries and exits.
- Interest $0.00. No carry income; the return comes from trade results.
The honest translation: this is a grinder, not a rocket. The same discipline that produces a 0.86% drawdown is what caps the monthly figure at around 1%. Anyone promising you both low drawdown and large monthly returns from the same system does not understand what they are selling.

Start NowWhat a bad month looks like
The record contains no catastrophe, so the useful exercise is to reason about the shape of one rather than pretend it cannot happen.
2026 year to date is +7.35% — roughly 0.9% a month, below the 1.15% lifetime average. That is what "a slower period" looks like on this system: not a crash, a grind. A genuinely bad month would be a losing one, and nothing in the strategy’s design excludes that. Multiply whatever figure you are imagining by your leverage: on a 24x account, the historical 0.86% worst case corresponds to roughly a fifth of your deposit. The full arithmetic.
The scenarios that hurt systems like this one are the ones no track record shows until they happen: a liquidity gap over a weekend, a broker-side execution failure, or a change in market regime that the rules were not designed for. That is not a prediction of doom — it is the reason "verified past performance" and "safe" are not the same sentence.
What SONIC costs you
Roughly 30% of profit, charged on profit only — no profit, no performance fee — plus the spread and overnight swap on every trade the system takes, which are charged whether the month is green or red. A system that trades frequently pays spread frequently, so those costs are not a footnote here. Full cost breakdown with a worked example.

Start NowQuestions to ask before you connect
- Is the myfxbook page still updating, and are both green badges still there? Check on the day you deposit, not on a screenshot from a Telegram group.
- What is the worst month in the record? Open the Monthly tab and read it. That is your realistic bad case, not the average.
- What happens to my copy if SONIC stops publishing or the strategy is retired? Ask, in writing, before connecting.
- What leverage will my account actually run at — and what is the liquidation level?
- Can I pause copying myself, without asking anyone? The answer should be yes, from your own platform.
Why this community copies only SONIC
One published strategy with a third-party-verified record is a smaller thing to check than a rotating menu of signal providers, and it is far easier to hold to account: if the numbers change, everybody sees the same page on the same day. That is the argument for concentration. The argument against it is equally real — a single strategy is a single point of failure, and "diversified" is not a word that applies to any of this. Deposit accordingly.
Frequently asked questions
What is SONIC AI?
An automated trading system running on a real MetaTrader 5 account at TAG Markets, published by SonicExperts and tracked publicly on myfxbook since November 2024. It is the only strategy the XFusion community copies.
Is SONIC AI verified?
Its myfxbook page carries the Track Record Verified and Trading Privileges Verified badges, meaning the history is read from the live broker account rather than uploaded. "Live update" is not enabled, so the page refreshes periodically rather than in real time.
Can SONIC have a losing month?
Yes. Nothing in the record or the design prevents it — 2026 year to date is already running below the lifetime monthly average. Past performance does not predict future results.
